See, I'm using MP3s to burn a CD that can be handed to someone. A mix CD. You know. The point is to suffer the short constraints (time-wise) of a CD, to find the right blend of songs, to arrange them artfully, and then to have a physical product to hand to someone that can be played in a car, a stereo, computer, etc. Didn't you ever make mix tapes as a kid?
