		<description>In defense of FreeCreditReport.com, they were not ripping off customers when they began. I started using their service over six years ago, when you as a customer were the last person who was allowed to see your credit report. However, I agree that their business model is a bit silly now that you can get your report for free three times a year (which is a great idea, Kevin).

They do at least provide some info. on how to read your report, what various notations mean, and where you fall with average credit holders. Not completely useless, but also not worth the $70 they charge annually. I've since stopped using their service.</description>

		<description>What a good idea to put the reminder in my calendar - why didn't I think of that??  Thanks, Kevin.  I've been doing that, but my timing was totally haphazard, and I had trouble remembering which one I'd checked last.  That's now taken care of!</description>
