I started using their service over six years ago, when you as a customer were the last person who was allowed to see your credit report. However, I agree that their business model is a bit silly now that you can get your report for free three times a year (which is a great idea, Kevin). They do at least provide some info. on how to read your report, what various notations mean, and where you fall with average credit holders. Not completely useless, but also not worth the $70 they charge annually. I've since stopped using their service.
